PrimeReader Pro (annual subscription) — Dual use: web-based on pmsentric.com, and single user, one machine, downloadable file. Includes all current Pro features and minor updates for the duration of the subscription.

PMsentric is built on a privacy-first principle: your project data never leaves your machine. Schedule PrimeReader processes XER files entirely in your browser. We never see, store, or transmit your schedule content.
Account & purchase data. When you buy a license, our payment provider (Paddle) processes your name, email, billing address, and payment method. We store only the minimum needed to fulfill your order: email address and license key.
Basic usage analytics. We may collect anonymous, aggregated data about how our website is used (page views, browser type, country) to improve our products. This data is not linked to your identity.
Support communications. If you email us or use our contact form, we retain your message to respond and for quality assurance.
We use the information we collect to: deliver your license and product downloads, provide customer support, send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, license delivery), and improve our products and website.
We do not sell personal data to third parties. We share data only with service providers who help us operate: Paddle (payments), Supabase (license storage), Resend (transactional email), and Netlify (hosting). Each processes data under their own privacy terms.
We retain your license and purchase information for as long as your license is active, plus a reasonable period thereafter for tax and legal record-keeping. You may request deletion of your account data at any time — though note that active licenses cannot be revoked without refund.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing info@pmsentric.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
We use minimal cookies — primarily to remember your theme preference (dark/light mode) and maintain your session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both you and us.
If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from using PrimeReader and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact info@pmsentric.com describing the issue so we can investigate and either fix it or process the refund.
You may cancel your annual subscription at any time by contacting us at info@pmsentric.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your current license remains active until the end of the paid period.
